Fun spy party games

Thank you for sharing. However, I am getting confused about the letter in the paper towel roll. Can you share an image? Is this hidden in the dark room or is this given to them in the mission envelope? I wish I had a photo of that clue. I missed out on a lot of photos while the party was happening because there was so much going on!

What I did was have a bunch of items in the dark room as a distraction. Also in there was a paper towel roll with an arrow at the end. Then I had a very loooong strip of paper with another arrow at the end. If you line up those arrows and wrap the paper around the roll, you can write your clue across where each part of the strip lines up to create a secret message. Thanks, a photo would be helpful.

My daughter is so excited for her Spy Party!! Ok, I looked it up to find a resource for you. I only wrote the letters on one line without the other disctractor letters to make it a little easier. However, this was still one of the only tasks I needed to give them a little help.

I have organized so many themed birthday parties but never had an idea of spy-themed birthday party and if think of doing this party, the main question will come that how to execute it but you have explained it very well that anyone can organize it on their own and it will engage the kids during the party.

I will surely organize a spy-themed party. Oh wow! Thank you so much for sharing this. As soon as I mentioned he got so excited, this is totally up his alley.

That is so great!! Thanks again, Lauren! This post was so helpful! I threw my son a spy themed party this past Saturday for his 5th birthday. I used all of your helpful tips and the party was a complete success. We had so much fun, I totally want to do one again too. Thanks again for sharing! My son and I are so excited to try this for his birthday! Thanks so much for sharing! One quick question, what did you use for the kids to decipher their spy number?

We used their names to come up with the number code. That was probably the shortest code — some kiddos had 7 or 8 numbers to find. I would love if you share with me how the party went! Either here or tag me on Instagram or Facebook — it would make my day! The set up which you have done is so good and I loved it. This looks so fun and is completely up our alley with the types of things our family enjoys! I love it!

Only registered users can comment. The CG then tells everyone to wake up and open their eyes. If a certain person is winked at, they must die dramatically. If someone does guess who the Mafia is, they then become the CG.

This is one of those games for kids that usually lasts a few minutes and the kids normally want to play it several times. Have every person that arrives at the party outline their shoes on a piece of paper. Ring out a tray full of items or put these items on a table. Cover them with a small blanket use items that a spy might use: camera, watch, passport, headphones, tape recorder, etc.

Lift the blanket for 30 seconds allowing the kids to view it. When the time is up, cover it and give each kid a paper and pencil. Give the kids 2 minutes to write everything that they remember from the tray and whoever remembers the most is the winner. Take a regular big cardboard box and make 2 holes in the side big enough to fit both hands.

Put all kinds of things in the box for example cooked spaghetti, Jell-O cubes and pudding, a duster, etc. After putting different kinds of interesting things, close off the box and let the kids put their hands in. They then need to write on a piece of paper their guesses to what the mystery objects are in the box. The winner is the one who guesses correctly the most items inside the box.

You can also just do this by blindfolding each kid and giving him or her something else to touch. They each then have to guess what it is by sense of touch keep wipes close by. This is one of the coolest games for kids! This is a fun game to play inside or out. You can take either the favor bags or any other kind of prizes, tie a long piece of black, white, or gray yarn to each one.

String the pieces of yarn across the room, going over, under, and around anything that is in the party area tables, chairs, furniture, etc. Leave the ends of the yarn available for each party kid. It can get a bit crazy if their are a lot of kids, but this game is a lot of fun! After all of the kids have arrived, have someone ring the doorbell and leave.

Hide the box. Hide something to do with the party such as the birthday cake, the presents or the party favors. Think of several locations to hide clues. Write the clues in code for instance, number the letters of the alphabet 1 through 26, then use the corresponding numbers instead of letters to spell out the clues.

Hide the clues one clue should lead to the next clue and so on. Give the kids a pencil and a chart that matches the numbers to the letters. Give them the first clue to crack. Once they have figured it out, they will head to the next location to crack the next clue. When they crack the last clue, it will tell them the location of the mystery item. Place the names of all the party guests in a hat. Have one player leave the room.

Pull one of the names out of the hat and read it to the remaining players. That is the name of the guilty party. Bring the other child back into the room.

If he guesses incorrectly, he is out of the game, and a new player is chosen to leave the room. If he guesses correctly, he gets to choose the next guesser. Actively scan device characteristics for identification. Use precise geolocation data.
